Dragonfly Designs Class Terms & Conditions.

The duration of classes varies and is stated next to each workshop. the classes take place in the workshop at the given place,  time and date shown for each workshop. Please read the terms and conditions that follow.

* the classes will start promptly at the time stated.

*Classes need to be pre-booked and a deposit paid at the time of booking.

*This deposit is £5.00. If you book by telephone your deposit must reach us within seven days to guarantee your place in the class.

*All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable should you cancel or fail to attend a class. If you are unable to make a class please let us know.

*We reserve the right to charge a full class fee at the time of booking.

*Classes will only run if they are at least 50% full. should we need to cancel a class then we will telephone you & also refund your deposit?

Unless otherwise stated, all equipment is provided so you are not required to bring anything with you. (However, if you have a favourite paper trimmer, pair of scissors, craft knife etc, please feel free to bring them along).

Due to time constraints, we are unable to offer all the beginners classes in all subjects. However, we appreciate that you may wish to learn something and need some tuition. Should this be the case, then please ask in the shop and we will do our best to accommodate you by providing one to one workshops.
